How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4-20 business days, depending on your location and current demand. Please note that these estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
How do I track my shipment?
An automatic email containing your tracking information will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We primarily serve customers in Canada and the US; we’d love to help you get our products elsewhere. Please contact us directly for more information on international shipping availability.
Address & Order Changes
Can I change the shipping address?
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@littlesunshine.ca. While we do our best to update details, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing. If dispatched, the address cannot be altered, and reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or canceled free of charge before shipment. Once confirmed, you will receive an email notification. Note: Refunds typically take 10–12 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
How do I exchange an item?
Little Sunshine does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new selection as quickly as possible.
