Address & Order Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@littlesunshine.ca with your order. While we will do our best to update your details, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the processing phase. If a package has already been processed or dispatched, the address cannot be altered, and any subsequent reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Orders may be modified or canceled free of charge, provided the request is made before the shipment is processed. To request a change, please contact support@littlesunshine.ca. Once a cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email notification. Please note that while we initiate refunds immediately, it typically takes 10–12 business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institutions.
Little Sunshine does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you receive your new selection as quickly as possible.
Rentals
Our standard rental period is 3 days. If you need a longer rental for a multi-day event, additional fee may be charged per day.
We currently offer delivery within Canada and the US
We’ve made returns hassle-free. Your order includes a pre-printed return mailer (shipping label). When your rental period is over, simply pack the items securely in their original packaging, affix the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping center.
Product & Safety
Each teepee requires approximately 4ft x 4ft of floor space. We recommend measuring your room in advance to ensure a comfortable fit for the number of tents ordered.
Absolutely. Our teepees are made from breathable Cotton/Canvas and use sturdy, sanded wooden poles. They are designed for indoor use and meet all safety standards for children's play.
Each rental includes the teepee frame, a comfortable foam mattress, a fitted sheet, and themed decorative pillows. For hygiene reasons, we ask that guests provide their own sleeping pillows and blankets.
Cleaning & Care
Hygiene is our priority. All fabric covers, sheets, and rugs are professionally laundered after every use. Hard surfaces and decorative items are sanitized with child-safe, non-toxic cleaners.
We understand that accidents happen! Small stains are usually covered by our standard cleaning fee. However, significant damage or permanent stains may result in a replacement fee. Please avoid serving "staining" foods (like grape juice or spaghetti) inside the tents.
Booking & Cancellations
To ensure availability for your preferred date, we recommend booking at least 3–5 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties. We advise that you book through our booking platform or email us at support@littlesunshine.ca
You can cancel your booking up to e.g., 14 days before your event for a full refund. Cancellations made within e.g., 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
Returns
Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and deducted from your final refund. To avoid additional repackaging fees, we ask that items be returned in their original packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are determined by the government of the destination country. Please be advised that Little Sunshine is not responsible for these charges, nor for any delays caused by customs processing.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to settle all tariffs to release the package. If you are not notified by your local postal service regarding these fees, we recommend contacting them directly, as Green Walnut cannot be held liable for communication gaps between the carrier and the recipient.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged
While Little Sunshine strives for excellence in every order, we understand that occasional manufacturing issues can happen. If your purchase arrives with any imperfections, please let us know within 7 business days of delivery by emailing support@littlesunshine.ca To help us resolve this quickly, please include your order number and clear, high-resolution photos of the specific defect. Our team will review the images to determine if a replacement part or a full new item is required to fix the issue.
Sometimes tracking numbers don't update immediately due to carrier scanning gaps. If your tracking status remains unchanged for 7 calendar days (for domestic orders) or 21 calendar days (for international orders), please contact support@littlesunshine.ca We will gladly look into the delay for you at that time. Please note that we cannot provide updates or take action on international shipments until the 21-day mark has been reached.
While it is frustrating to have a missing package, Little Sunshine is not responsible for theft or loss once a carrier confirms delivery. If your order is missing, please wait two full days and then:

Product Care & Sustainability
We recommend a gentle cleaning with a soft, damp cloth to maintain the natural beauty of your products. Since wood is a living material, it may need occasional minor upkeep to preserve its integrity.
To ensure your pieces last for generations, please store them indoors in a non-humid space. Avoid outdoor exposure, as moisture can penetrate the wood despite its protective coating. Additionally, keep your items a safe distance from appliances that produce heat, such as radiators or registers, to avoid drying out the natural grain.

We take playtime safety seriously. All Little Sunshine’ tents are rigorously tested to comply with Canadian standards and are manufactured using non-toxic, food-grade silicone (BPA, Lead, and Phthalate-free). Because we want your little ones to stay safe, we ask that you carefully follow the age suitability and usage instructions found on each product. If a specific age is not listed, the item is strictly for children 3+. Please remember that our products are intended for use only under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.
