Agreement & Terms of Service

Please read the following terms regarding your booking with Little Sunshine. Confirmation of your reservation constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

1 Booking and Payment

• Full Payment:A full payment is required to secure your event date.
• Security Deposit:A refundable $100 Security is held and returned within 48 hours after tear down, provided items are free of stains, tears or smoke odors.
• Confirmation:No reservation is confirmed until full payment and a confirmation of these Terms and Conditions are received.

2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations:Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event, the client shall receive full refund.
• Late Cancellations:Cancellations made less than seven (7) days of the event result in full credit toward a future reservation made within six (6) months.
• 24 hours Cancellation:Cancellations made within 24 hours or less, little sunshine shall retain 60% of the payment, with remainder issued as credit for future reservation made within six (6) months.
• Force Majeure:If Little Sunshine is unable to perform due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued.

3 Venue Preparation and Logistics

• Space Requirements:The Client is responsible for ensuring the setup area is cleared of all furniture and debris prior to the Arrival Window. Little Sunshine staff are not permitted to move Client furniture.
• Environment:The setup area must be a smoke-free, pet-free, and clean environment. Little Sunshine reserves the right to refuse setup (without refund) if the environment is deemed unsanitary or unsafe.
• Access:The Client must provide clear access to the property and be present during the designated Arrival and Teardown Windows.

4 Equipment Care and Prohibited Items

To preserve the quality of our luxury linens and lace teepees, the following are strictly prohibited inside or near the equipment:

• Substances:Slime, markers, paint, nail polish, makeup, and food/drinks with heavy dyes (e.g., red fruit punch).
• Activities:Jumping on mattresses, rough play, or using heat sources (candles, space heaters) near the tents.
• Damages:Where damages exceed $100, the Client agrees to pay the full retail replacement cost of the item(s) within 48 hours of notification.

5 Health and Hygiene Guarantee

• Sanitization:Little Sunshine certifies that all linens are laundered in hypoallergenic, professional-grade detergent, and all hard surfaces are disinfected with hospital-grade, non-toxic cleaners between every use.
• Lice Policy:If head lice are detected at the party, the setup must be terminated immediately. The Client will be responsible for a professional heat-treatment fee for all affected equipment (minimum $200).

6 Limitation of Liability and Waiver

• Supervision:Unless otherwise coordinated, Little Sunshine shall not provide child supervision. The Client assumes full responsibility for the safety and conduct of all guests during the rental period.
• Assumption of Risk:The Client acknowledges that there are inherent risks in any play environment. Little Sunshine shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of the equipment.
• Indemnification:The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Little Sunshine and its owners from any and all claims, actions, or liabilities.

7 Photo and Social Media Release

  • The Client grants Little Sunshine permission to take and use photos of the setup for promotional purposes. Little Sunshine agrees never to include images of children’s faces or mention specific addresses without explicit written consent.
